How to apply this

      
1. Apply via bot (needs IDs): pick the server, paste each Channel ID (Developer Mode → right-click → Copy ID), list exempt role names, then ⚡ Apply via bot — the Worker sets slowmode + @everyone overwrites, re-allows exempt roles, and logs it to the inbox. Bot needs Manage Channels. 2. Manual: per channel Edit Channel → Overview → Slowmode; Permissions → @everyone → deny each permission under deny_everyone; re-allow your mod roles. 3. Post a notice in #announcements.
